The keyword for this volume comes from the mythical tree "Yggdrasil". The volume contains black-and-white tree photographs taken in Germany, Spain, and the U.S.A. and tree names in nine different languages which were printed green with wood type letters onto the tree photographs. Because of the binding, the halfs of two different tree names come together in the center spread, and so a new imaginary tree name emerges, which can’t be found in any dictionary.
